Happy FRIDAY my Friends with Flair peeps.
Today we share our crafty Unity creations.  Just one of my favorite things.

Mmmmmmmmm.

Coffee is one of my LOVES.  Actually, it is probably my greatest weakness.  But one that I seriously enjoy.  You can image my excitement when the hot concoctions stamp kit arrived from Paper Smooches.  I already used it one HERE… but I have been saving this sweet cup for something special.

Enter the current Paper Smooches NEW SPARKS challenge.

That sweet heart reminded me of my LOVE for coffee.  Um, it sounds kinda weird now that I write it, but I wanted to put that stitched safety pin on the coffee band of the cup.  Like a homemade one.  Thus, we have….

I combined the sentiment from Hot Concoctions, Alphadot and Sentiment Sampler.  I’m going to be using this combo quite a venti!  What a great thank you note theme.

Can you believe it has almost been ONE year since Emily Leiphart and I did our first Take Two week???  We had so much fun, we are doing it again.  A week’s worth of cards using Unity Stamp Company stamps.  PLUS, the uber sweet Angela (owner of Unity) has graciously donated stamps for prizes as well!!!

Woo hoo.

So mark you calendar… the fun starts March 19th, 2012!!!

Sunday, Sunday.

Boy, this weekend is just flying by.  After ‘thinking’ really hard on what to create, I managed to squeak out 2 cards yesterday.  All that thinking wore me out.  Ha.  It was fun to play with some challenges again.

Well now… isn’t this just one funky inspiration from the Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger!  So much going on and so much to pull from.  Mainly, I pulled the colors and the funky, eclectic feel of the photo.

 

Do you feel the funk?  Ha.  I tried to mimic the pink and orange wallpaper with the wood grain paper and pink hearts.  The happy birthday tag was made with the circles border punch, my new found favorite technique.  I have a video HERE to show you how I use border punches to make tags.

I’m also die cutting and using the sketch from the current Hero Arts challenge.  Can you believe all the Hero Arts stamps and dies have never been used???  That is just terrible!  It is super fun to play with new stamps, even if they have been in your stash for awhile.

Happy Thursday…

We are Hip Hopping along today with the Unity design team.  If you didn’t start at the beginning of the hop, make sure you head over to the Unity blog.

Lucky to Have You is one of my all time favorite kit releases.  I have way too many favorite images to list.  Just know, I pretty much love them all.

I couldn’t wait to use that car with the vintage saying.  PERFECT guy images.  Super duper AWESOME!  I cut the windows out of the car with an X-acto knife.  The papers are from Echo Parks’ Times & Seasons collection and the dies are from HERE.

I have been off on my days all week.  Throws off all my plans and puts me way behind.  I don’t normally post last minute.  Today, I am!  Ha.  It seems to be a trend actually.  If you ever notice I don’t include a supply list, now you know why.  :)
