Limelight Challenge #35

Happy Thanksgiving!!!  I hope you are spending the day with those you love.  I am very thankful to be with my husband and our two girls today.

Time for another Limelight Papercrafts Sketch challenge!  A HUGE thank you to Dawn McVey for contributing such beautiful cards for the challenge.  We are focusing on patterned paper this week and she is the queen of mixing and creating patterned papers.  Let’s get ready to play!!!

Babies are showing up everywhere around me!!!  I struggle with baby cards, but I think this one turned out darn cute due to the Cosmo Cricket Earth Love paper pad.  I cut out the clothing from the same set, popped them and then covered them with Glossy Accents.  I don’t use this stuff enough.  Sometimes you are looking to add just a little something, but don’t really want to cover up what it is… use some Glossy Accents.  It gives it a different texture and brings it to life.  And I have to emboss, so the “Welcome little one” is embossed in Chocolate Brown.
