Owl ornament card

The challenge this week at the Hero Arts blog is trimmings.  I think you can take that to mean a lot of things, but I decided to use up my scraps (trimmings from other projects).

This is a version of my card from Friday for my Christmas card stash.  I love this Urban Prairie paper by Basic Grey and I have a lot of scraps lately since I am using it like crazy.  I decided to make the owl look like he’s one of the ornaments.  All the stamps are from Hero Arts.  The little snowflake has rhinestone for a little sparkle.  The ornaments were punched for an EK Success punch.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great weekend.
