9.16.10 – Hip Hop (Post no. 2)

*This is post #2 for today, please scroll down for the new Limelight sketch challenge*

It is Hip Hop day!!!
Are you enjoying all the fabulous Ippity and Unity today!?!

If you are new to Hip Hop, then you must start HERE at the Unity blog for all the deets.
If you just came from Kelly’s blog, then you are on the right track!

Today, the Ippity design team is saying their bitter sweet goodbyes to Michelle.  She has been such a warm and helpful part of Ippity, it is so hard to say farewell.  My only regret is that I wish I could have met this lovely lady in person.  It is a sad goodbye, but I wish her nothing but good wishes.

ETA: I totally forgot all card info!  Eh, my brain is on vacation, so here it is.

Card base: Spellbinder die cut
cs: Bazzill
dp & buttons: Kioshi line (Basic Grey)
pearls: Kaisercraft

The center circle is vellum and I used some Stazon black ink to stamp the fantastic Ippity saying from the Totally Happy set.  The accordion folded flowers were done with the Kioshi paper.  The bigger flower has the center of one of the fantastic Now and Always flowers.  I still adore this set.  The flowers are just amazing.

I have a video tutorial on how to make the accordion fold flowers HERE.

I used these Ippity stamp sets today.

Hugs Michelle, I am totally happy for you as you embark on your new adventure.

While we must say goodbye to Michelle, we are excited to get to know Amy Tillemans who will be taking on the new task of being Ippity’s fearless leader!

Welcome Amy!!!

Lisa H. is up next!!!!

ETA: Yay, this card was featured on the CREATE blog for the Cards Challenge.
