{8.29.2011} hybrid cards

Happy Monday!

I do a lot of digital and stamping hybrid cards.  Sometimes they are all digital.  I LOVE digital papers, the coordinating elements or the elements you can make.  It is so much fun to pick and choose what I want and only use what I need.  SO GREEN!  I like to be green sometimes.  Don’t get me wrong, I still LOVE my 6×6 pads, tools and ink.  But I’m also a serious computer geek at heart, so I really enjoy digital as well.

This card has been in the archives for awhile.  A LONG while actually.  I made it for my niece’s birthday WAY back in APRIL!  Craziness right.

Everything can be found in THIS and THIS digital Echo Park kits.  The happy birthday and princess were printed using some fonts I had on my computer.

I haven’t made a big deal about the digital parts of my cards.  Never really thought about it since they are just a normal part of my creative process.  I do use digital quite often if you were wondering.

As we near the beginning of a new month, the ole blog gets pretty active.
Get ready!  Ha.

Have a wonderful Monday.

I have a hoard of unposted stuff too – and then I always end up wanting to post the new stuff first 🙂 Love this, and I bet your niece did too!

Great card, Lisa! Pink and grey are so classy. I use digital elements, too — don’t think I’ve done an all digi card yet, though.

I didn’t realize your cards were often partially hybrid! How neat! For a non techie person, that’s real art:)
