{1.20.2012} flair…

Happy FWF day!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Friends with Flair Unity peeps.  I’m so excited for this weekend.  I have card making on the brain and can’t wait to break into some stamps.  Yippee.

I am trying to use some forgotten stamps.  I have so many that haven’t been inked up yet.  So, that may be my theme for FWF this year.  We’ll see.  But I really want to use all the goodies that haven’t seen ink yet.

The dress form was embossed in white and I colored the purse with Copic markers.  It has been awhile since I’ve used kraft.  What?  Crazy, right.  I know.  Well, it is back baby.  And I separated some baker’s twine and tied some knots for the necklace.

Thanks for stopping by and remember to head back to the Unity blog to visit the rest of the Friends with Flair.

Hi Lisa! This card is really sweet!! Love that dressform and the chic handbag. I know what you mean having lots of stamps not inked. I’m hoping to do the same this year – to ink up every single stamp.. really really hopeful. Maybe I should set aside a post every week to do so 😉 Maybe we can help remind each other.. Have a great weekend!!

I really love the kraft card base (I heart kraft so much). The embossing totally dresses up this dress form so sweetly! Great job and yay for breaking out the neglected stamps! I am trying to make that a goal for myself this year!

What a great idea to ink up those lonely stamps as a FWF theme! Especially when you end up with a card as gorgeous as this one! That pop of purple just makes the card sing!
