{4.2.2012} On the Bright Side…

April 2012 Fresh Baked Kit

We are hopping ‘On the Bright Side” today.  If you came here from Michelle’s blog, you’re in the right place. If you would like to start from the beginning of the hop, head over to the Paper Made Bakery blog!

Ready for a peek at the newly Fresh Baked kit?

Look at all that LOVELY Lawn Fawn goodness.  This month’s kit features a Lawn Fawn stamp set, paper pad and hemp twine PLUS tons of embellishments and goodies to make lots of cards.  A super crazy amazing deal.

As you may know, I am now the proud owner of a Silhouette Cameo.  I am slowly learning more and more.  Today, I am playing with this pocket card and all the fabulous goodies in the kit. Paper Made Bakery is going to start carrying Silhouette Cameo cutters and supplies soon.  If you are interested in more information you can email Shannon directly.

I am a huge fan of all the great papers in the ‘Bright Side’ pad.  They are full of spring colors and great petite patterns.  I covered some of the chipboard pieces and applied them to the pocket.  The sentiment is from the ‘You Got Mail’ stamp set.

I need a birthday card for my niece.  So this will be perfect to hold her card and gift card.  I sized it to still be a 4.25 x 5.5 card and will easily fit in one of the envelopes included in the kit.  The twine and button just finished everything off.

And of course, I have a Scraps Unwrapped video for today as well.
We can look at all the goodies in this month’s kit together.
