{5.23.2012} pinwheels are so fun…

Wheeeeeeee.

My card today has motion!  These little pinwheels wobble like they are ‘spinning’.  Too cool right?  I’ve used an action wobble in one of my previous cards HERE.  But, being the thrifty girl that I am, I figured I could make one myself.

Wrapping some thin jewlery wire around a paper piercer turns it into a little spring.  Attach both ends of the spring using foam adhesive to your moving object and to a small scrap of paper and like magic, we have our own handmade wobbler.

It is not easy to catch the ‘action’ with a photo, but I hope you get the idea.  This is for the current Hero Arts challenge to create a birthday card or interactive card.

Wobbly! Love it 🙂 I have to stop myself from putting them on everything at the moment. Never thought of using it on a pinwheel, though…may have to do that 🙂
