[10.20.2013] wanna sketch no. 9 highlights

Wanna Sketch Highlights

Hi there and happy Sunday.  As a last minute decision, I think I’ll post the Wanna Sketch highlights in a separate post.  Your amazing cards deserve that, don’t you think???  Yep, I think so.  So let’s get to these amazing cards (in no particular order).

Amy

Oh boy, this card by Amy is AWESOME!  There is so much to love… the kraft bag, the wood veneer clouds and that yummy wood grain paper.  Beautifully done and LOVE the hidden sentiment in the kraft bag.

Karen

Beautiful!  I love the spring feel of this.  Karen made this tag for another challenge months ago and was inspired to re-purpose it on this card for the sketch.  Seriously?  I LOVE that!  It is such a stunner of a tag and made one beautiful card.

Rose

Oooh spooky!  I love how Rose was inspired to do a Halloween card.  That mummy scares the begeezes out of me.  Heehee.   Love the patterned paper and the cute sentiment.  Just an all around great card.

Eeek, that was so tough.  I’ll see you in an hour with the next Wanna Sketch and another month of sketchy fun.

Wow – thank you so much! I wasn’t sure using an already made element (especially the most prominent element on the card) would be ok. I loved the tag, but never use tags so I was happy to find a sketch just perfect for it !

Your comments really make my day, thank you!
