[11.3.2013] wanna sketch reminder

Wanna Sketch no. 10…

Is still happening!  Happy Sunday my friends.  I’m back with another card using the current Wanna Sketch.  I might have scared people with the talk bubble in the sketch.  Ha.  But don’t worry, you do not have to use a talk bubble, turn that element into anything you’d like.  I decided to switch it up and use a different shape on my card today for a some inspiration.

I replaced the bubble with a banner instead.  It still holds the sentiment and the placement is over the main image like the sketch.  I did play around with the placement a lot before I decided on this arrangement.  The sentiment turned out to be a smidgen too long.  Oops.

I think the papers are pretty OLD.  I found them on clearance at Target last year and I think they were a late release for them.  But I adore the fun patterns and different colors.  I paired it with one of Unity’s stamps of the week.  Such an adorable little stamp.  I just had to have it since it reminds me of a Charlie Brown Christmas tree.  Love it.  I stamped it in a rectangle cut by my Cameo.

Ready to try this sketch out???  The linky will stay open until Friday, November 15, 2013 {11:55pm PT}.
Can’t wait to see what you come up with!
