[8.30.15] paper smooches SPARKS challenge

Paper Smooches SPARKS

{5.29.2012} hugs

There is an extra Sunday in this month, so that means we get to squeeze in one more fun Anything Goes SPARKS challenge from Paper Smooches.  Let your creativity go wild.

Anything Goes PSS

dahlhouse designs | 8.30.2015 birthday blooms

I just love these Dainty Flowers.  The sweet little die cuts are just too much, I can’t handle it.  I smooshed some Dylusions Inks onto that little Paper die cut from watercolor paper.  It was a little too bright (you can’t say that Dylusions Inks aren’t bold) for what I was going for.  I sewed a square of vellum over top to tone it down a smidge.  Perfect.

Link up your project at the Paper Smooches SPARKS blog by Saturday, 11:59pm PST.

Check out the other girls sharing their SPARKS cards this week.

What a beauty card! Love the colours. I looked at those flowers and thought man, they’d be hard to adhere… staples are a brilliant solution!
