Polka Dots and Layers | Unity Stamp Company

Happy Weekend…

There is an extra Saturday this month, so I’m excited to sneak in one more inspiration project for May. This one is all about layering papers and more simple stamping. Two of my favorite things.

The Details

This card is all about the layers and some simple stamping. There is just something about polka dots that make me happy. Unity has the most PERFECT paper pack for polka dot lovers – Pretty Polkas. It is a definite must-have. I layered up three different colors of polka dot paper and mixed and matched die cuts too. I love the subtle change in texture by mixing in one scalloped die cut rectangle into the mix.

Next, all it took was two stamps to make my featured image. I stamped the “sorry” directly onto my panel and then popped up the “so dang” right in the middle.

I finished off the card by adding some string with a bow and then some more “polka dots” by using some pretty Nuvo Drops around my sentiment.

Thanks for joining me today. I hope you are inspired by today’s project. If you create something, I’d love to see it. Join us in the Unity Show & Tell Facebook group to share your card and tag me.
