CPS106 and Caardvarks Card

This card is a 2-for-1 as I am submitting it to both CPS and to the Caardvarks challenges. The Caardvarks challenge was to use critters. I am loving my new stamp set by Colorbok. I had leftover supplies from my previous owl card and used them up for this cute little guy. Not sure what he will be used for, but he sure is darn cute. I love the layout of this card. I woke up one morning with an epiphany and decided to cut off the front of the card! The bottom middle photo shows how the card front …

Baking with Starter

My First Bread Post

I have two hobbies… scrapbooking and baking. I have been scrapbooking for over 5 years now, but baking with a natural starter has become a new passion. I think it has only been 6 months or so since I started my one and only starter: Harvey. I call my starter Harvey and he has been doing pretty good. I bake bread maybe twice a month, so he stays pretty dormant most of the time in the fridge. I’m still learning how to wake him up and get him going before I need to bake. Mojo Monday 76

I’m getting these cards in at the last minute. Hopefully, I’ll do better next time and not cut it so close. Here is my version of the Mojo Monday 76 sketch. CPS105 – yoohoo

This is my entry for this weeks CPS challenge. This is going to be a quick post because it is another one of those “busy” Saturdays and I’m rushing to get things done. I bought a set of paper from Costco by MemoryStor and have been wanting to use it. I’ve never heard of this company before, but I’m pretty impressed with their double sided paper. CPS104 – Card

This is my first attempt at completing a Card Positioning Systems Sketch Challenge. Unfortunately, I was not able to get it completed and photographed before the deadline, but I’m going to post it anyway. I don’t usually work from sketches. My brain has a hard time converting it into an actual image. But I am pleased with the results.
