Let’s CAS(E) this SKETCH! CTS is a challenge blog to inspire you to create a clean and simple card based on a fun sketch. Here is my inspiration for this week’s challenge and brand new sketch. FUN! Go Wild Check out the new SPARKS challenge from Paper Smooches? week 2 When I saw this draft, I couldn’t help but immediately think of this cute little zebra surrounded by black, white and red.  Isn’t that weird.  I am constantly amazed at how something can spark your creativity and so differently from someone else.  I imagine my teammates will prove that theory. I’m playing with the Zoo Crew and Streamers today.  I liked how the boxes in the draft where stacked, so I focused on using patterned paper in those spots.  Then filled the rest in with some fun …

All stamping going on.  I used the circle grid stamp as my background starting point in the sketch.  From there, I added the balloon and arrow strip.  I decided I needed one more element other than the sentiment, so I press some yellow ink onto some scrap paper and then punched out the cloud.  Just a fun little birthday card. My absolute favorite challenge of the bunch: week 2 I had so much fun with this sketch.  It all started with that adorable little bug.  I just had to include him somewhere.  After playing around with different locations, he ended up as a tab above the sentiment.
