Limelight Challenge Thursday

Time for another Limelight Papercrafts sketch and product challenge!

This week we are focusing on using rhinestones!

{supplies: cs – Bazzill; pp – Early Bird (Cosmo Cricket); stamps – Wonderful You (Unity); ink – VersaFine; other – silver rhinestones (Kaisercraft); scallop scissors (Fiskars), hole punch, Sharpie pen, sewing machine}

Nope, not a joke!  We have a challenge today and there is a super prize!!!!

I decided to do a tall card with this sketch.  Do you ever start a card and then end up with something totally different?  I had something WAY different in mind, with some awesome Wine colored rhinestones by Kaisercraft, but alas, my creativity when haywire and I ended up with this lovely springy card instead.  Ha ha.

I pulled out my old faithful Early Bird paper pad by Cosmo Cricket and pleated the dotted strip.  Did a little sewing and topped that off with some faux stitching too.  I used this super cute flower from the Wonderful You kit by Unity and paper pieced it with more of the Early Bird paper.  Wrote spring around the flower and finished it off with some bling with the Silver rhinestones by Kaisercraft.  The bottom was cut with some scallop scissors and a small hole punch.

Here are the deets to play along with the challenge:

**Use this weeks sketch and incorporate RHINESTONES.
**Keyword for SCS upload is LLPC044.
**Post a comment with a link to your card on the Limelight Papercrafts Blog by Sunday, April 4th at midnight (or before winner is drawn Monday a.m.).
**PRIZE ~ One lucky winner will receive of THREE packs of Basic Grey or Kaisercrafts packs of rhinestones!!!

Hope you will play along. Check out the rest of the Chicks amazing work.
