10.21.2010 – Hip Hop

Following today’s theme of gratitude, I have a little gift for someone special.  Do you have someone that constantly does little things for you.  Just here or there and always brightens your day.  Nothing grand like a new car but, just a nice comment or a hug when you really needed one and didn’t know it.  Well, this little something is for my person.

I wrapped a box of her favorite theater candy (Hot Tamales – if you wanted to know) in some kraft paper.  Wrapped a nice thick ribbon around and created a little grateful tag using some of my favorite Ippity stamp sets: Fall for You & A Moment in Time.  The patterned paper is from the Restoration line (Crate Paper) and I shaded the pumpkin with some Copics.

Congratulations
Gretchen Belknap
you are the winner for my WCMD sketch challenge.
Email jimmi.mayo@gmail.com to claim your Bit of Burlap Ippity stamp prize.
Thank you everyone who entered. All of the cards were absolutely amazing.

Lisa H. is next, so excited to see what she has made!!!!

How wonderful that with a little ink, paper, great stamps, and lots of love – you can totally brighten someone’s day with a wrapped box of candy! Amazing. Love that ribbon – and put together with the Kraft and copics – great combo. Is it just me, or is there a little plaid goin’ on with that pumpkin – love it!
