{1.15.2012} new beginnings…

Unity Challenge Time

Our first 2012 monthly Unity Challenge starts today!

This month’s challenge theme is NEW BEGINNINGS.
New love, new home, new year, new you or….

A NEW PUPPY!

Don’t you just love new puppy love.  Puppies, puppies, puppies are soooooooooooooo cute.  And I’ve been wanting to use this little guy for awhile.  So darn adorable.

Hello kraft… I’ve missed you.
White card stock has been a staple lately, so I really needed to get my kraft on something terrible.  I also grabbed some older Basic Grey papers.  Trying out the handwriting again… why is it so hard for me to write on cards.  For some reason it goes all wonky.

The BIG prize is for
100 random stamps AND
a free kit of your choice valued at $45 or under!!!

Check out all the deets HERE!

{ippity} is now available on the Unity website.  Just click on your favorite ippity chick and you can get your {ippity} with your Unity.  So cool!

stamps: Tail Wagger, House Warming {Unity Stamp Company}
cardstock: kraft {Bazzill Basics}
patterned paper: Max & Whiskers {Basic Grey}
ink: Versamark, Dark Brown {Colorbox}
die cuts & punches: Corner Chomper, tag, 1″ square {EK Success}
other: white gel pen {Sakura}, white embossing powder {Hampton Arts}

    Awww, this is so cute, Lisa! I haven’t even used this little puppy yet. I love those papers, especially in the tag shapes and I love that big huge bow! The faux stitching pointing to the puppy and the way he’s embossed is adorable!

    Ooh, doesn’t this Tailwagger look cool in “negative” tones — white on dark instead of dark on white. I’ll have to try that! I also like the faux stitching/arrow pointing to him! Super cute card.

    Super cute dog – I love his bow! I hear you about the handwriting – I think yours looks great, btw – but every time I try it lately, I end up hating it. Ugh! I love the arrow, and the newsprint background…well, I don’t know if you’re suggesting what I *think* you’re suggesting, but as a recent new puppy owner, lol 😉

    Love the mix of patterned paper and the dog is totally adorable (I’m wondering why I never bought that Itty Bitty?). Great detail with the bow. The handwritten part of the sentiment is super cool..I love it!
