{3.14.12} lucky me…

I don’t regularly make St. Patrick’s Day cards.
But, I’ve had this idea in my head since the Unity Lucky to Have You kit came out.  So, with a little push from the CREATE: Blog challenge and the Bit o’ Green challenge at Simon Says Stamp, it was time to get it done.

I am in love with my new paper from My Mind’s Eye – On the Bright Side 2.  There are some awesome patterns in there.  I picked out my greens for the heart clover and just had to pair it with the orange wood grain.  I think it turned out to be one fabby, guy-friendly, LUCKY card.

Favorite St. Pat’s Day card I’ve ever seen! Probably since I’m not into this particular holiday, and this card doesn’t scream it. So perfect – love the colors and patterns of those papers!! And the stitching w/ matching thread really is perfect! Such a great card!!
