{5.27.2012} Thank You

Unity Stamp Company has shared the NEWEST Stamp of the Week today.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!  This stamp can be used over and over and over again.  It will be great for cards, but I really love it attached to a gift to say thank you.

I found this amazing Silhouette cutting file for a wine tag.  Hmmmm, how cute would that be miniature???  I shrunk it down and it now hangs on a bottle of body spray from Bath and Body works.  Just a sweet little thank you for someone special.

It has been awhile since I’ve done a lot of layered paper piecing (as in, I’ve been too lazy).  Ha.  This cute stamp is made for easy paper piecing.  I love all the great patterns included in the paper all layered upon each other.  So cheery.  I’m also trying Smooch ink for the first time.  Some came in my CARDS publication incentive box and I’ve been waiting for a reason to use it.  I love the metallic shine and it was so easy to paint on the dots in the center of the flower and butterfly.  This stuff is pretty darn cool!

Unity Stamp of the Week

You can find more information or sign up for the Stamp of the Week HERE.
It really is an amazing deal at $5.79 US or $7.95 international (INCLUDES shipping).

Well the extra work on the paper piecing certainly paid off! This is awesome!! And I love the idea of using it on a bottle of lotion.

What a fantastic idea to shrink the wine label Lisa – makes a perfect little ‘gift tag’. I have not tried Smooch before, so interesting to read your comments 🙂

That sentiment is fabulous – so many times it’s appropriate, especially for the poor sucker (whoops, I mean teachers) who work with my kids. It’s getting to be that time of the year again. Love the idea of the miniature wine tag – I love how they look, but I never give wine, but THIS I can get behind 🙂
