[2.16.2014] wanna sketch no. 13

Wanna Sketch no. 13

Are you heading to the craft room today?  I hope to find some time to get in there later.  My “laundry” list of things to do is seriously cutting into my craft room time.  What is up with that?  So, if I’m a good girl and get my chores done, I can play.

Time for Wanna Sketch to get a little facelift.  We needed some cuter graphics.  It is a new year and all that jazz, right?  Ha.  Ok, let’s get to the new sketch and get all crafty.

I’m using the cute flowers from the current Unity February KOM: Grow into Spring and sentiment from the Bunches of Love kit for my card today.

The flowers in the sketch do not have to be flowers, they could be anything.  I just happen to love the flowers in this kit and went with it.

I had a request for some birthday cards.  I barely have enough in my stash to keep up with my birthdays (it is amazing how fast they go), but I can’t let my peeps down.  This is a fabulously quick and easy design to crank some out.

Not to mention you could easily change the sentiment and colors to fit almost any occasion.

Are you ready to take this sketch on???  The linky will stay open until Friday, March 14, 2014 {11:55pm PT}.
Can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Another awesome sketch, Lisa! Love the new look too! Hope you can finish those dang chores and get crafty this afternoon. Maybe you should be like my husband and put your fun time first, and chores last, like way last, like maybe six months later last!!

Cute CAS card! Between a full-time job and several hrs of volunteer work each week, I’m really trying to focus on simple cards that are quick to make.

I appreciate how you include a thorough lost of supplies used for your posts, too!
