6.5.2010 – A Play Date with Limelight
Happy Saturday!!! I just wanted to share with you that Limelight Papercrafts is sponsoring the Play Date Cafe challenge this week. Here is the color challenge: lemon, light peach and peach.
Of course I just had to play along!!! Now, this was one really TOUGH color challenge for me. I seriously looked for 20 minutes to find anything peach colored. I have no patterned paper, no ink and no flowers in the required color scheme. Finally, as a last resort, I pulled out my HUGE pile of Bazzill cardstock and finally found something for inspiration.
I used some Basic Grey buttons and some Cosmo Cricket rub-ons for accents. The ivory burlap string “tied” it all together. heehee.
Hope you will play along too. The prize up for grabs from Limelight Papercrafts is a Lawn Fawn’s How Delightful stamp set & a package of Jillibean Soup Canvas Flowers in Red Polkas! Ooooooh, I so want these!
Today, I donate my hair. Wish me luck!!! I sure hope the short cut turns out ok.
ETA: Play Date Cafe highlighted me as part of their Cream in our Coffee talent. Too cute. Thanks so much for the mention! 🙂
