8.23.2010 – H{ippity} Hop

It is H{ippity} Hop time!!!

Makes a Monday so much better because it is a day filled with {Ippity} fun. Every Monday Ippity stampers get together to showcase these fabulous stamps.

If you just popped into my blog, make sure you the check out the full list of hoppers on the Ippity blog.

This week Karen challenged us to create a project with PAINT using Ippity stamps. To play along with the Hippity Hop challenge (IHHC38) make sure you upload your photo to the SCS gallery by Sunday night! You could win a prize if you play along!!!

{supplies: cs – Bazzill, stamps – Ippity; ink – Versafine; punch – Fiskars border punch, ornaments (Ek Success), Corner Chomper; ribbon – American Crafts; other – Cuttlebug embossing folder, string, black pen}

I am using these IPPITY stamp sets this week.

This was a fun challenge.  I have tons of Making Memories paints that never even get to see sunlight!!!  How do we acquire things that we are so certain we need and yet never use???  So, thanks Karen for making me use something in my stash that needed some attention a long time ago.

I made some chipboard ornaments with a punch from EK Success and then used the previously mentioned paint to make them a cream color.  The music background stamp was perfect to decorate the ornaments.

I have another video for today, hope you enjoy.

Thanks for hopping by!
