{6.3.2013} going nuts!
That is me… I’m going nuts.
Ack! I can’t believe how difficult moving this blog has been. I appreciate everyone putting up with all the craziness. Not too many of you have left me I hope. Fingers crossed that the feed and emails will continue to stay updated. If not, please let me know and I’ll keep trying.
I thought this card was fitting for how this whole process makes me feel…
NUTS! I’m absolutely nuts and not in a good way! Ha. Much better to be going nuts over a birthday instead. I pulled out this fun stamp of the week. Lots of paper piecing and I used my cameo to cut out the ‘go nuts.’
This week is an anything goes at Simon Says Stamp, so I’m linking this nutty card up.
So with most of my design team terms ending (except for Unity), a good friend asked, “What are you going to do with all that free time?” Ha. I don’t know. It doesn’t seem like I have all that much free time hanging around. Time is still flying by.
Yesterday, I started making a card and realized it would work for a publication. So I’d set it aside for that and start another. That happened 3 times! It doesn’t go that well when I actually try to create for pubs. I struggle something fierce, but here I ended up with three I didn’t plan on. Whoop. Needless to say, I ended up making 9 cards yesterday. I think that is a record. Sadly, I can’t show any of them yet.
Hope you all have a fabulous week!

Wow! 9 cards! You Rock Lisa! And this nutty card is soooo adorable! Love it! I’m getting your email still, although for some reason if I click the link to your blog, it won’t work now. Technology: it’s a beautiful thing! LOL! Have a wonderful day!

Such a great card Lisa and fun sentiment. I can’t believe you made 9 cards in one day… I can’t even make 9 in a week!!

Nine cards in a day? Nicely done. 🙂 And at least for me, I’m still getting your blog updates loud and clear. Excellent birthday card… and a unique way to get inspired! 😉

Freeing yourself of crafty commitments (and deadlines) really opens your creativity back up – I just left one team & seriously, the freedom…it was amazing!
As for the going nuts part…ugh! I can only tell you that your post still showed up in Bloglovin. It’s me that’s behind there 😉
I love the punniness (obv!) and the patterned paper for the acorns is awesome!
