The January 2022 Unity Stamp Company sentiment kit is just perfect for springtime cards. I’m bringing this kit back out to get crafty with a simple Easter card design. I just love this gorgeous bouquet and decided to go with a soft pastel look this time.

The Details

Feeling the spring and Easter vibes with this pretty bouquet of flowers in Blooming Blessings. Lillies just remind me of spring and Easter and with some simple coloring, this card came together so easily.

I am only using 5 Copic markers (G000, Y000, RV000, BV00, BG000) in soft pastel colors. I focused the color at the center of the flowers and leaves and left a bit of white space. I’m loving that contrast and the soft look this technique creates.

I also feel Easter is a special occasion that needed just a bit of sparkle. I pulled out a fabulous chevron hot foil plate and used this shimmery holographic foil. It is subtle but sparkly adding just a bit of something pretty to the background.
