Using Tags on a Card with Winnie the Pooh
Do you ever wonder how to use tags on a card? Today, I’m Copic coloring, mixing pattern paper, and using tags on a card for our two Winnie the Pooh friends. Unity Stamp Company has a wonderful classic Winnie the Pooh line of stamps. There are so many adorable sets released so far with many more to come. I couldn’t choose which one to use so I blindly picked this one sitting on my desk. Winnie the Pooh and Piglet are the perfect pair for today’s card.
I’m participating in a fun hop by Tawny Owl Paperie for any and all Winnie the Pooh crafty fans. We’ve joined together to share our love for these adorable characters. You should have arrived from Crystal’s Blog. Welcome to new and long-time friends, thank you for visiting today!

Using Tags on a Card
The cute Make a Tag dies make it easy. I love the look of layering the two tags in this card layout. By mixing two patterns of paper and then making the top tag vellum, it gives the eye a bit of rest so we can focus on Winnie the Pooh and Piglet.
Our little friends are colored with Copic markers and popped up with a Happy Birthday sentiment. Here is the list of Copic Colors used:
Pooh: Y11, Y21
Piglet: R20, R32, R24
Butterflies: B23, B34, B95, B39
Grass & Flowers: YG63, YG67, E31, Y18, C0
Sky: B0000
Variations: The best thing about a simple layout is how easy it is to use over and over again. Just change up the die-shapes, the pattern papers, or the stamps. You could stamp directly on the top tag or make it another pattern paper tag. The possibilities are endless when you use this layout as a starting point.
Be sure to continue on with the Winnie The Pooh Social Hop. You should have arrived from Crystal’s Blog and up next is Kelsey.
You will love all the different Winnie the Pooh creations!
