Card No. 1
I’m using all the same supplies for each card. I start with a kraft card base stamped with Small Details and ink blended around the edges. Then I stamped the pansies on pattern paper in different configurations and watercolored them with Distress Pencils.
Distress Watercolor Pencil Colors: Fossilized Amber, Crackling Campfire, Barn Door
Then comes the fun part of tearing up the floral panels and one piece of pattern paper. Once that was done all I needed to do was piece them together. This torn piece fits perfectly in the corner and needed a little strip of pattern paper under the die cut sentiment.
Card No. 2
This time I went for 2 large torn panels. That pattern paper is the perfect backdrop to pull all the colors together from the flowers and die cut sentiment.
Card No. 3
Last come the pansies I stamped twice and colored in yellow. I love that little pop of pattern paper peeking out and the scrap die cut with a staples was the perfect accent. The stamped polka dots add the perfect touch to any card when you need a little something to make it pop.
