sketchfest monday…
Eeeekkkkk! I felt like I was racing against the clock tonight to get this card done. Funny thing is, before I left for work I had a sketch all drawn out and a plan ready for me when I got home. Yeah, that went out the window. Hee hee. Here is my card for Caardvarks Sketchfest Monday challenge.
I flipped the sketch horizontally again. As it turned out, the flowers that I trimmed from the patterned paper looked better on the right than the left. This is a new Hero Arts bird stamp set I found a few weeks ago… isn’t it cute! I stamped it in brown ink and used a Prismacolor marker to highlight it a bit. I have such a hard time with Copic and Prismacolor markers, but I think this one turned out ok.
Back again tomorrow!!!

i had to laugh reading your post…i SOOOOOO hear you on the subject of having a PERFECT plan…and then not following it AT ALL!!! 🙂 in this case, tho i’m sure the “other” card would’ve been fab…this one’s just SO PERFECT, it *NEEDED* to be done exactly like this!
