I got S.M.A.K!!!

Unity has a new S.M.A.K. (Scrapbook/Mixed Media/Altered Art kit) kit of the month.
The first one WILL BE released for orders TOMORROW – October 22th
(the release got delayed just a tad).
Here is a little peek!

I think I can safely say this is my first REAL mixed media project.  Wait, maybe I tried one other time, I really can’t remember.  It is still a card, but who says a card can’t be mixed media?  I’m using some gesso for texture and a black pen for doodling.

These stamps are HUGE!  They maybe be a bit big for a card.  But if you really like large images for cards or make 5×7 inch cards, then these are right up your alley.  I love this mixed media look on a card, so it totally works.  Plus, I really like large images for cards.  So, have I mentioned I LOVE them?

  15. Very cool! I’m not much into mixed media…but I am a scrapbooker…sometimes. 😉 I’ll have to see more ideas with this and see what the kit consits of to form a better idea. Like, I need another kit to be addicted to. :S
