Rays and Hope
This pup was too cute not to stamp. I stamped the Look Up Pup right onto Raindrop Serenade patterned paper, and I love the extra softness the cloud pattern gives him.
I kept the coloring really minimal on purpose. The pup only has a little gray shading, which helps bring him to life without taking away from that sweet face. Most of the color went into the butterfly, and I really like how that tiny bit of color feels like the hope in the card.
Copic Colors:

Butterfly: BV02, BV04, Y13, Y15
Hope: Y15
At the top of the torn panel, I added soft purple rays with the 3-in-1 Stencil. I blended a bit of blue at the bottom to keep the whole card cool and calm. The torn panel is popped up over more patterned paper, which gives the card some depth without losing that easy feel.
I really love how soft this one turned out. It has just enough detail, just enough color, and the sweetest little face looking right up at that butterfly, full of hope.
