Hello, friends! I’m sharing a pair of sweet and woodsy cards featuring the Wilder Still stamp set by Unity Stamp Company. I’m layering torn paper, adding cozy texture, and sharing two layout ideas that could be used for masculine cards.

Gentle Strength

Gentle hearts carry great strength is one of those sentiments that sticks with you. I wanted the design to reflect that same quiet confidence. The plaid pattern adds warmth, while the layered torn papers bring in a hint of a rustic pattern. I used kraft cardstock embossed with a plaid texture for added depth and tied on some twine to finish it off. The bear is colored softly with Copics and centered to feel grounded and strong.
Copic colors: W1, W3, W4, W6; Y21, Y26; BG13, BG18

Creative Tips & Techniques
- Emboss for Texture: Embossed kraft cardstock adds quiet structure and depth behind those soft torn edges.
- Use a Coordinating Paper Pack: The Takin’ Em Fishin’ paper pack ties everything together with blues, greens, and forest imagery.
- Soft Copic Blending: Stick with neutral tones for a soft, versatile look that works for masculine or nature-themed cards.
- Add a Little Twine: It’s a simple touch that adds warmth and ties in the natural theme beautifully.
- Swap the Sentiment: If it feels too mushy for your guy, switch it out for a thank you, birthday, or any occasion sentiment that suits him better. Or leave it blank for ultimate versatility.
Wildly Loved

This one flips the layout and sentiment but keeps the same calming color palette and textures. I used some of the leftover torn pieces from the first card to make the most of my scraps. I love how the bear still feels right at home among the soft, torn edges and forest-inspired background. The sentiment stands out cleanly and gives it a heartfelt, everyday kind of message. A layout like this is so easy to reuse and adapt for any occasion.

What Makes These Cards Special:
- Bear with Personality: The Wilder Still bear is full of gentle charm and looks even sweeter with the daisy crown.
- Masculine, Not Boring: With rustic textures and deep colors, these cards feel strong and thoughtful all at once.
- Torn Paper Layers: The imperfect edges give movement and interest without needing extra embellishments.
- Simple Swaps, New Look: Changing the order of your layers gives you an entirely different feel using the same supplies. It’s also a great way to use up those leftover scraps.
