Lions, Layers, and Bows… oh my! I have another majestic release from Unity Stamp Company to share with you today. I’m keeping it simple but all the things come together for a powerful encouragement card featuring this mighty lion.

The Card

The Details

I stamped this mighty lion with the hold on sentiment and just stopped right there! It was so simply perfect just like that. I have some ideas on coloring with him but for this card, he looked so fantastic just inked up in a charcoal brown.

For the card base, I added some simple stamping and ink blending. I love the simple texture it adds to the background and it matches the feel of the pattern papers I chose.

Even though the colors of the paper are soft it feels masculine and would be a wonderful card to show support for a guy or a gal. Everything was die cut with the deckle nesting dies and then ink blended for cohesion.

Last, I added a twine bow with a little paper clip.
