The Card
The Details
The Shatter background is perfect for so many cards. I’ve seen it used in masculine and grungy ways but it works for soft and feminine styles too. It turned out to be the perfect backdrop for this elegant cluster of florals from the In My Thoughts, Girl stamp set. The matte ‘cracking’ of the embossing powder looks fantastic against the foil cardstock. Just like a shattered mirror.
I love the texture and shine of this background. It is difficult to capture the shine but this card sparkles in real life.
