Sweet & Simple Smooches

This card started with the sweetest little couple from the Smooches & Forever stamp set paired with the Reluctantly Romantic paper pack. I stamped the image and sentiment right onto a square of lined pattern paper, which instantly adds soft texture and charm. Then I colored the image with Copic markers using gentle tones pulled from the hearts in the background paper so everything feels coordinated and lovey dovey.

Copic Colors:

• Skin: E50, E51, R01
• Dress: R01, YR02, BG11
• Jacket/Shirt: BG11, BG13
• Pants/Shoes: E37, E51, R01
• Ground: E51

For the layout, the heart pattern paper is trimmed slightly smaller than the cream card base and both layers get a bit of brown ink blending around the edges for a subtle aged look. The stamped panel is popped up with foam tape and finished with a tiny twine bow. Simple layers, sweet details, and a design that comes together quickly. Perfect for quick love notes for anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, or just because.
